With more than 19 years of experience in the industry, Zulkarnaini Dahlan has already been used to working under pressure with great results in a fast-paced atmosphere. He’s been seen trailblazing and leading the kitchens of Cassis French Fine Dining and L’atelier de Joel Robuchon at Resort World Sentosa in Singapore, before moving back to Jakarta. He’s now back in Singapore to become the Consultant Chef at Welbilt Asia Pacific.
