Wayan Kresna Yasa


Wayan spent more than seven years in the US, cooking for the likes of Dan Barber at Blue Hill Stone Barns and Acadia’s Ryan McCaskey. He joined Potato Head Family in 2016, establishing and running the kitchens at Kaum, Ijen and the Beach Club, before taking on the role of Culinary Director for the entire Potato Head portfolio. In 2018, Wayan was named Chef of the Year by Foodies magazine.
