Gunawan was a graduate from Le cordon Bleu Adelaide and has been working under renowned great pastry chef Darren Purchese in Burch & Purchese sweet studio, Melbourne. And has been working in many various high-end restaurants in Adelaide, before he took up position as Head chef in 2nd & 6th Restaurant in Adelaide which responsible for all the menu items from savoury to dessert menu.
