Harison Chandra is the co-founder of Ottoman's Coffee. He graduated from Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering in Australia, his background has influenced him to have a deep interest in fundamental of coffee extraction. He has won many awards: Jakarta Syphon Championship 2016, Indonesia Brewers Cup Championship 2017, rank 7th in World Brewers Cup 2017 and 3rd Indonesia Brewers Cup 2018.
What will you be learning?
In this short course, the main target will be understanding fundamental of extraction and what are the variables that influence extraction. This course will teach you a logical approach to calibrate coffee. No pre-requisite required

About The Mentor
After finishing her degree in psychology, Chef Chitra started to pursue her interest in the culinary industry. She became an enterpreneur in 2007 and has since had a diverse roles in in the culinary world; bakery & pastry owner, food consultant, beverage ambassador, catering owner, and TV personality. As someone who's fond of the arts, Chef Citra also loves to paint.
